Deandra Dottin has dubbed herself the 'World Boss' - a fitting nickname given the destruction the West Indies allrounder can wreak with bat and ball. Dottin's breakout innings came when she smashed a 38-ball ton against South Africa during the 2010 T20 World Cup. This incredible century was then the fastest by any cricketer, male or female, in T20I cricket.  A powerful middle-order hitter, Dottin is also a serious threat with ball in hand, particularly at the death. While she briefly walked away from international cricket in 2022, she thankfully returned to West Indies colours in 2024, helping them reach the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup that same year. In the WBBL, Dottin has worn a variety of colours and helped Adelaide Strikers win their first title in WBBL|08. Her knack for a big occasion also helped Melbourne Renegades in WBBL|10, as she helped raise the silverware for a second club.
